Season 59

Pyt is now in her 59th season and under assignment by some of the residents of the Plaguelands to research and rectify wrongdoings on behalf of the Redpath family.

In other news, Pyt has also dropped her skinning tradeskill and started back with enchanting. Her enchanting skill is only 50 now, but should progress rapidly once sufficient energy can be devoted to it.

Over the weekend, Pyt was able to go on a successful run into the Upper Blackrock Spire and a semi-success run through Scholomance. She is beginning to enjoy the group adventures again.

Pyt is also the proud new owner of a Mooncloth Robe that she tailored herself. Plans are also afoot to make some Runecloth Shoulders for herself and for Tyrassa.

More updates as conditions warrant.

Welcome Lyrelle

A young mage has just now ventured out on her own, and her name is Lyrelle. What adventures await her!

Pyt, Bag Maker Extraordinaire

Pyt has finally achieved a lofty goal that had evaded her grasp for a long while. She finally has a skill of 300 in Tailoring and is able to make Mooncloth bags. She has made four of them, actually. I have several screenshots for you, but those will have to wait until I have had time to edit them.

On a related note, Pyt also has learned how to make a Mooncloth Robe (although she cannot wear it yet), and will be crafting one as soon as she has enough Mooncloth.

Pyt is currently in her 56th season and questing in the Eastern Plaguelands.

Kyrael Goes Furry

Grrrrr

Shapeshifting is always a big moment for an aspiring Druid. After accidentally wandering into a cave with monsters who killed me with every swat, and then dying 10-20 times only to get a few feet further in the cave between deaths (much to the amusement of a warrior of 55 seasons who asked "What are you doing here?" and then left me to die another dozen deaths), I finally made it back out and sought out the Great Bear Spirit, and learned how to assume the form of a bear.

Pyt, Bag Maker

While in the Un'Goro crater with her bags rapidly filling, Pyt received a call from old friend Tyrassa with a request for Runecloth bags. Eight bags, as a matter of fact.

Pyt finished off the Un'Goro Gorilla she was harvesting (for the leather), and with her bags completely filled teleported to Ironforge.

Runecloth is rare enough, but Tyrassa provided enough Runecloth for nine bags; quite a good tip. After spending most of half an hour weaving and sewing, Pyt produced the bags and was able to make one for herself as well. Pyt actually needs another four Runecloth (or better) bags for herself, but those will have to come via the Plaguelands, an area that Pyt has not frequented.

Pyt is now half way to Season 54, and has returned to Un'Goro to quest among the wild beasts.

Thanks For the Welcome

Pyt and Kyrael

I have so much to learn. Thanks so much for the tour, and of course the twinking!

Welcome to Kyrael

Pyt has now entered Season 53 and is questing in the Un'Goro region. She loves the gorillas and dinosaurs, as they provide great fodder for her skinning knife.

Pyt is very pleased to announce that she has finally learned Evocation, a spell which will no doubt prove very useful on many occasions. Pyt's remaining skill training will be in the area of the Arcane, learning to cast Arcane Explosion much more quickly and improving her Silence charm.

Our illustrious mage also met a very young Night Elf druid friend by the name of Kyrael, and spent a couple of hours giving her a whirlwind tour of the three Alliance cities. A slight amount of twinking was involved, on the order of three gold, three silk packs (10-slot bags), and one unassuming cloak.

Boy, am I behind

Big gap. Many reasons why.

So here's an update. Pyt was stalled at 48 for a long time, before breaking out. Pyt is now at 51, can make Mooncloth, and has finally completed ALL of an instance (Zul'Farrak). It would have been done sooner except for all of the utter asshats in the game. Seriously, they should all go play GuildWars or something.

But finally last night, Pyt found a good group and blazed through ZF without a single party death. Sure, there were a few bobbles and gaffs, but nothing unrecoverable.

Still many quests remain, however.

Gnome Party!

This is what happens when half of the Warcraft servers are down.
Players create a new character on a server that is up and goof around.
About 30 minutes after this shot was taken, there were about 50 naked gnomes dancing around Ironforge.
